Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
You can start with the Free plan at no cost, no credit card required. Use the platform, scan your site, and set up consent collection. When you're ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan directly from your dashboard.
How does per-website billing work?
Each website you add gets its own plan and subscription. This means you can have one website on the Free plan and another on Pro. Org-level limits like team members and total websites use the highest plan across all your websites.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and netbanking through Razorpay. Subscription auto-renewals require a card on file. For enterprise and invoice-based payments, UPI and all other methods are also available.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing handled by Razorpay. Downgrades are soft: your existing resources stay intact, and new ones are gated by the lower plan's limits. You can also cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is GST included in the pricing?
Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of 18% GST. Your invoices will include a complete GST breakdown with the taxable amount and applicable CGST/SGST or IGST.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On the Starter and Pro plans, overage billing is available so your site keeps working without interruption. On the Free plan, consents are paused when you hit the limit. On Business, you get unlimited consents so there's nothing to worry about.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you up to 17% compared to monthly billing. You pay once for the full year upfront.
