Create and publish your banner
The banner editor shows a live preview as you go. Pick its look, choose your notice and purposes, set how long a visitor's choice lasts, and publish.
Read the video as text
Now the banner itself. Open Consent Banner. I've already started one here, so it goes straight to the editor. The preview on the right updates as you go. Pick a theme and where it sits on the page. Your brand colour goes here. Buttons and switches use it. On Content and Languages, you choose your notice, and the purposes visitors are asked about. Here that's Analytics, Functional and Marketing, with the descriptions you wrote. And it says Ready to publish. The Choices tab in the preview shows exactly what visitors will see. Consent expiry is how long the banner remembers someone's choice before it asks again. I've set it to 180 days. When it looks right, Save and Publish. You get a summary: the purposes, your notice, where it goes live, and how long a choice is remembered. Tick the box, and publish. Last thing. Embed. Copy this snippet, and add it as the first script in your site's head, on every page. Then Check installation tells you it's working.
Before you start
Your banner asks about your published purposes and links to your published notice, so publish both first. See Add your banner's purposes and Write your privacy notice.
